In-app support
Open Settings → Support to send a request tied to your verified Unibox account. You receive a request number by email and can reply with more detail.

For the fastest diagnosis, send a verified request from Unibox Settings → Support. You can also email the public support address for account, setup, billing, or security questions.
Email account setup
Use guided setup for Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or IMAP/SMTP. Include the provider name and exact on-screen error when asking for help, but never email a password or API key.
Subscription and cancellation
Manage or cancel a paid subscription through Stripe’s secure customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal while paid access normally continues through the current period.
