Unibox is designed for an individual Mac user managing work, personal, client, project, or support addresses. Each account keeps its real email address, friendly display name, contacts, autocomplete suggestions, signature, logo, folders, and sender identity.
It is not currently a Windows, iPhone, Android, native iCloud, shared-help-desk, or enterprise Exchange administration product. Those boundaries are intentional and visible before you start a trial.
What to expect from Unibox
Is Unibox a complete email client?
Yes. Unibox reads, composes, replies, forwards, searches, sends attachments, saves drafts, and manages provider mailboxes. It also supports bulk actions, Undo Send, scheduled sending, snooze, and reminders.
Can I use several email accounts?
Yes. Unibox supports Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and standards-based IMAP and SMTP accounts without a fixed account limit.
Does Unibox include AI?
Optional AI is available when you add your own OpenAI API key. It remains off by default, and attachments are not sent to OpenAI.
