Bring the accounts you already use.
Connect major providers and standards-based mailboxes without flattening every account into the same identity. Unibox gives you one workspace while preserving each provider’s folders and account context.
What each provider requires
OAuth for Google and Microsoft
You authorize access on the provider’s own sign-in page. Unibox receives a revocable token instead of collecting the provider password.
Keychain for saved secrets
OAuth tokens, Yahoo app passwords, and IMAP/SMTP credentials are stored in macOS Keychain rather than readable app preferences.
One view or one account
Use All Inboxes for triage, then open an account-specific view when its sender identity, labels, signature, or folders matter.
Remove access when you choose
Disconnect the account inside Unibox. Google and Microsoft authorization can also be revoked from the provider’s security settings.
Before you connect a mailbox
How many email accounts can I add?
Unibox has no fixed account limit. Practical performance depends on your Mac, mailbox sizes, network connection, and provider quotas.
Does adding an account merge it with the others?
No. All Inboxes is a combined view, but every provider account keeps its own email address, folders, contacts, signature, sender identity, and settings.
Does Unibox support iCloud Mail?
Unibox does not currently offer a dedicated native iCloud setup flow. The current supported paths are Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and generic IMAP/SMTP where the provider supplies compatible settings.
Connect your first account, then add the rest.
